Vendarama Help & FAQ's

Welcome to VENDARAMA! Vendarama.com connects people and items much like and internet dating service that uses profiling to connect people. If you haven't yet, you will need to register for a Vendarama account. Simply fill out the required contact information and you will be given a confirmations page where you will be asked to log in. Upon logging un, you will be asked to set up the following items:

• Profile Name: This is the name displayed for others to see.
• Current Profile Photo or Logo Filename: Upload a picture for others to see
• Byline or Quote: This can be a description of your items, personality, beliefs, or anything you desire.
• Contact Information (Address, Phone, E-mail, etc.): The best part about Vendarama.com is that there are no fees for buying and selling. Buyers and sellers contact you directly.
• Categories: This is where you select the items you are interested in buying. Based on these category selections, items will be linked to your profile and appear on your home page.

 

Currently, there are no fees for buying or selling on Vendarama.

Below is a step-by-step guide to creating an item listing. You must be registered and logged in to list items for sale on Vendarama.

1. To begin, sign in to your Vendarama account and click the "List an Item for Sale" button.
2. You will then be asked to fill out the following information about your item.
   
   • Description: List a description for your item.
   • Category: Select a major category from the drop down categories that matches your item. This will link to the same category that buyers selected when they set up their profile.
   • Type: Select a type that further describes your item. This type within each category will further narrow down the item and match it more closely to the same type that buyers have selected as an item they are interested in buying when they set up their profile.
   • Sales Price: List a desired selling price for your item.
   • Details: Here you can further describe your item in your own words for buyers to have a better understanding of what you are selling.
   • Keywords: Here you will want to list key words that will help when buyers search for items from the home page. Use general categories, brand names, and make and model numbers.
   • Image file: Here you can upload images of your item for sale.

Your Vendarama username cannot be changed except in the event of documented legal action (such as trademark infringement) at Vendaramas discretion. For this reason, please choose your username carefully.

 

First you'll need to register for a Vendarama account. After you register, log in and set up your profile. Once you have set up your profile, click on the "List an Item for Sale" button. It's that easy!

 

Vendarama allows buyers and sellers to contact each other directly. Simply contact buyers directly from the contact information posted on their profile.
